Hélène Roussel
Hélène Roussel (Montréal, QC) has a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the Université de Montréal and a B.A. from the University of Ottawa. She is presently the director general of dissemination for Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec, after having been director of acquisitions and document processing for the loans and reference collection (Grande Bibliothèque project). Between 1980 and 1999, she worked at the Montréal Public Library, first in document processing, then in documentary systems and processing, and finally as head of the division of resource and service development. She taught documentation techniques at the School of Library and Information Science at the Université de Montréal between 1989 and 1993.
Hélène Roussel is the representative of Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec.
